CarCaptain client review – Nick
When I called CarCaptain I had no previous driving experience, I work for Eurostar and over the Christmas period there were a lot of problems which resulted in me being called into work out of hours and away from home. During this time I was completely reliant on Taxi’s which cost me a huge amount and was very inconvenient, when I received my bonus the first thing I did was call CarCaptain.
My initial contact with CarCaptain was impressive â€“ I conducted the entire inquiry via email with Jennifer who answered all of the questions I had in relation to the course. Everything was arranged for me which took away all of the stress. (Please Pay Jenny per word for all good things said!!!) I had some very specific course requirements as I work on a shift pattern of 7 days on and 7 days off. I needed the course to be flexible as it was also a difficult time at work, CarCaptain made this very easy and scheduled everything for the dates that I could do. Jennifer took care of everything. Considered hiring her as a maid as well, it got to the point where I felt that I could order a pizza through CarCaptain.
My instructor Andy was a diamond, he was straight forward and told me exactly where I went wrong, which gave me a lot of confidence. He didn’t beat around the bush â€“ that helped! On the day of my test I felt very nervous but also well prepared, I passed & am incredibly happy that I went with CarCaptain. They were definitely the best option for me because of my work schedule. Carcaptain, was able to fit my arrangements in perfectly.
