I had a licence a few years ago but lost it and felt that now was the right time to start learning again. Me and my Mum looked on the internet and found CarCaptain, then called them up and spoke with a really helpful yound lady who explained exactly how the courses worked and gave us a full quote directly over the phone. I went with CarCaptain because they seemed as eager as I was to get the job done and they were the cheapest place that we could find for how quick they were able to find me a test.

I had a couple of specific requirements; firstly I needed the test as soon as possible and secondly I was only interested in taking the test in Ashford test centre, I thought this might mean that I had to wait longer but CarCaptain still managed to get me a test which I took only 5 days after contacting them. My instructor Peter was great, he was really helpful and helped me to get back on track with my driving – all of my lessons were fantastic and his car was clean and tidy at all times. I felt really well prepared on the day of my test, I was relaxed and felt ready to get it done. I would definitely recommend CarCaptain and would use them again if I had my time over because waiting 6 months for a test through the DSA is definitely not worth it and isn’t necessary when CarCaptain can get you one within a couple of days.
