Client review – Haddy

I found CarCaptain when I Googled ‘intensive driving courses in London’ – they were the first company to come up and this made me feel very secure as they were obviously popular! When I spoke with them I was dealt with professionally, politely but also in a really friendly manner at all times so I decided that they were the best company to commit to.

I had quite a few requirements that I needed CarCaptain to meet; I needed a test in Mill Hill only, I needed it within a short space of time and I also needed 11 hours of lessons to be arranged with an instructor. All of these things were deal with quickly and with no hassle at all. My initial contact with my instructor, Raja, was amazing; he was always friendly, on time and patient. On the day of the test Raja came along and sat in the back of the car which really boosted my confidence.

I felt very good on the day of my test, I was totally relaxed and prepared; the examiner obviously thought so to because I passed first time! CarCaptain are brilliant!
