To be eligible for this Gift Voucher you would have used our website to link through to the insurance Vendor and purchase the Learner driver isnsurance from the Vendor. If you used this link the insurance company would have recorded the purchase of the insurance with a credit to Carcaptain for the purchase of said insurance.

Please forward us an email with your full names, contact telephone number and address or fill in our online cliam form. We would also need to identify the Insurance company you purchased your insurance from along with the details of the policy number and the date of purchase. We will then correlate the information of the purchased policy with the company concerned and if the information listed with the insurance company is correct we will notify you of your unique gift voucher number. The pivotal information for this gift voucher would be the email address of the recipient of the Carcaptain insurance gift voucher (CCIGV).

The beneficiary of the CCIGV can use the gift voucher, as partial payment (to the value of £20.00), for any of the services offered by Carcaptain Ltd.

Typically the beneficiary of the CCIGV may elect to request a hardcopy of the Gift Voucher for a friend or relative to give it to them as a present if they do not wish to use the gift voucher themselves.

These Gift Vouchers are designed for encashment for partial payment of services offered by Carcaptain and are not designed or intended for external use. Carcaptain undertake to provide product and/or services that they offer from within their own internal product range to the resale value of the Gift voucher value.

Only one CCIGV may be encashed per student enrolled with Carcaptain. A single CCIGV is allocated to each policy holder.
